33 Park Liberty Towers

Jersey City, NJ

About This Project

The developer behind 33 Park Liberty Towers in Jersey City, New Jersey, needed a trusted partner for a landmark project, so they turned to Grade, thanks in part to our excellent reputation within the industry. The project involved constructing two 50-story high-rise buildings that now stand as notable additions to the Jersey City skyline.

As part of this project, recycled glass aggregate was used for site fills, supporting not only environmentally conscious building practices but also providing significant cost savings through value engineering—a win for both the developer and the environment. As the first contractor in Jersey City to implement this innovative material, the company helped set a new standard in sustainable construction.

Thanks to meticulous planning, expert execution, and seamless project management, Grade completed the project below budget and on time, and the client was thrilled with the results.
